Australia Shipping Policy
1. General Information All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. Unless otherwise stated if a product is in a pre-order. We will place your order and await stock arrival so you don't miss out.
2. Delivery Location Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Australia. For customers outside of Australia, please read below for our international shipping policy. However, if you are located outside of Australia and are interested in purchasing our products, please contact us through our contact page to discuss potential arrangements for a special order.
3. Delivery Time All orders are processed within 72 hours of being placed, excluding weekends. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-4 business days.
Please note that delivery times commence from the date of order confirmation.
4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are based on the shipping method you choose:
- Standard Shipping: Free on all orders.
- Express Shipping: Calculated at payment.
- Pre-Order Shipping: Free on all orders.
5. Damaged Items in Transport If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at our contact page.
6. Questions If you have any questions about the delivery and shipment of your order, please contact us through our contact page.
7. Returns We handle returns of products that are faulty or not as desired. If you need to return an item, please contact us with details of the product and the defect within 30 days days of receipt. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product or refund the purchase price using the original method of payment. Free return shipping will be provided for items that are returned due to a fault or error on our part.
International Shipping Policy (New Zealand)
1. General Information
We now ship to New Zealand! All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund the total amount using the original payment method.
2. Delivery Locations
We currently ship to:
- New Zealand
At this time, we do not offer shipping to other countries. If you are located outside these regions and are interested in purchasing our products, please contact us through our contact page to discuss potential arrangements for a special order.
3. Delivery Time
All orders are processed within 72 hours of being placed, excluding weekends. Delivery times are an estimate and may be affected by customs processing, weather conditions, or other delays beyond our control.
- Estimated delivery time: 9-12 business days for major cities.
- Rural areas: May take an additional 5+ business days.
Please note that delivery times commence from the date of order confirmation.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
- There is no free shipping available for international orders.
- Express shipping is not available at this time.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
- SILVITE is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
6. Damaged Items in Transport
We take great care in packaging our products, but we are not liable for any damages that occur during shipping. However, we want to ensure you receive your order in the best condition. If your package arrives damaged and the product is unusable, please contact us through our contact page, and we will do what is right to assist you.
7. Returns & Exchanges
All international sales are final.
- We do not accept returns for international orders. Please ensure you select the correct size before purchasing.
- If you receive a faulty product, contact us through our contact page, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

International Special Orders — USA, Canada & Europe
At this stage, SILVITE does not offer direct website shipping to the USA, Canada, Europe, or other international regions outside of New Zealand.
However, if you are located in one of these regions and would really like to purchase a SILVITE shirt, please contact us through our contact page. In some cases, we may be able to arrange a special international order manually.
Please note that all special international orders are handled separately from standard website orders and are subject to the following conditions:
- Free shipping is not available for special international orders.
- Shipping costs will be calculated and confirmed before payment.
- Express shipping may not be available depending on the destination.
- All special international orders are final sale.
- Special international orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
- Any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- SILVITE is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, international carriers, or local delivery services.
