Australia Return Policy
We have a 100-day return policy, which means you have 100 days after receiving your item to request a return, for customers within Australia. For international customers please read our international returns policy below.
Our return policy is for any product that is damaged or defective. We will also happily refund or exchange with in the 100 day period any customer who is not happy or satisfied with our product.
To be eligible for a return, you must have the original product, You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

International Returns Policy
No Returns for International Orders: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for customers outside of Australia. Please ensure you select your items carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged Items Due to Freight
If your product arrives damaged due to freight:

Notify Us Immediately: Contact us at info@silvitepyjamas.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Provide Evidence: Include clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging in your email.

Replacement Process: Upon verification of the damage, we will arrange for a replacement item to be shipped to you at no additional cost.

Customs and Duties: SILVITE is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply to your order upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Delays: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, shipping times for international orders may vary due to customs or carrier delays. SILVITE is not liable for such delays.

Accurate Address Information: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. SILVITE will not be held liable for orders lost or undelivered due to incorrect address details.
